Employment Consultant (Rehabilitation) – Sydney CBD


Part-Time (3 Days) → Full-Time Opportunity:


We’re working with a growing private rehabilitation provider in the Sydney CBD that is looking to bring on an Employment Consultant to support injured workers back into meaningful employment.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of labour market analysis, employer engagement, and outcome-driven work, with clear progression into a full-time role.


The Role:

You’ll play a key part in supporting injured workers by identifying suitable employment pathways and building strong relationships with local employers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting labour market analysis to identify suitable job opportunities
• Proactively engaging with employers and local businesses
• Supporting injured workers with job seeking, placement, and return-to-work outcomes
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary rehab team to achieve the best outcomes
• Building and maintaining a strong network of employer contacts

About You:

• Experience in employment services, rehab, or occupational rehabilitation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes
• Knowledge of the local labour market is highly regarded
• Passion for helping people return to work and rebuild confidence
